Few days back I have created my member login account with IDUS but I have not got my password yet?
The possible reason could be is your account is yet to be verified by our back-end team. May we request you to write us at service@idus.in about this – we will cross check the matter and get back to you in 24 hours.

I don’t see online payment option on your website? How can I make payment for furniture which I have shortlisted?
At present you can pay via cheque or other offline mode. Soon we will be integrating online payment model.

It’s been more than 2 days my items haven't arrived yet. When will I get my furniture, please inform?
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. We had emailed you about your order’s arrival to your email you had provided. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care immediately at service@idus.in or 91-11-45888000.

What if the packaging of the product is damaged upon delivery?
If upon delivery of the product, you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify our Customer Care team. We will take corrective action or send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.

What if the product has missing parts or defects?
f you received your product with missing parts, defects or accessories, immediately notify our Customer Care team. A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

Can I place an item on hold for purchase at a later date?
We provide you with the opportunity to create your own wishlist where you can select product(s) for further purchase.

How do I know if you carry a certain brand?
We kindly ask you to type the brand name in the search bar or to search for your brand directly on the "Brands" tab.

When can I expect new product(s) to be listed on your website?
We are constantly updating our product range so we invite you to visit our website frequently.

Do you offer a warranty on your product(s)?
Products are typically guaranteed by suppliers with a warranty. Please keep receipt of your purchase for warranty claims.

How do I remove my name from your email list?
It’s very easy. Just drop an email with “Unsubscribe me” subject line to service@idus.in. Your email id will be removed.
